Water Projects
151,700 children in Nigeria die every year from diarrhoea (WHO 2009).
The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that 94% of diarrhoea cases are preventable through modifications to the environment, including interventions to increase the availability of clean water, and to improve sanitation and hygiene.  Additionally, every UN Millennium Development Goal is aided by improved water and sanitation (WHO/UNICEF).

Since 2000, RAWDP has worked in many urban and rural projects, particularly the expansion of access to clean drinking water in marginalized and poor communities where access to clean water is constrained.  RAWDP targets those communities that have been environmentally ravaged by oil and gas exploration.
